Welcome to our website! We hope our silly invitations made you smile (They are NOT needed for entry!).

We will be getting married the Saturday prior (October 5) on a small yacht off the coast of Sarasota, Florida.

Then we get to celebrate with YOU at The Visulite Theater on October 12, the very place we went on our first date!

It's an indoor live music venue so the vibe will be casual, just a big ole party!

IN A NUTSHELL...

5:45pm - Doors Open

6pm - Bar opens, appetizers

6:30pm - BBQ buffet starts to be prepped and served, all food will be available for at least 2 hours so eat at your leisure, grazing encouraged! No assigned seating.

7pm - Toasts

7:30-9:30pm - Thurston Howell Band takes the stage

9:45pm - Last call

10pm - Bar closes. Optional after party at Big Ben (cash bar, small bites provided)

Dress as you desire - if you like a theme, feel free to wear your best yacht attire! We call each other "shipmates" so it only makes sense to have a yacht rock band and theme! (Oh, and Tracey's last name is, I mean was Shipley so there's that too...)

Live yacht rock music will be provided by Thurston Howell Band from 7:30pm - 9:30pm.

We chose one of our favorite restaurants in Charlotte for catering. Noble Smoke BBQ will provide a casual food buffet. There are plenty of high-tops and spots for open seating. (We are no longer having the smoker on site, it is being used to feed workers and those affected by Helene in Asheville).

The party and premium open bar will be from 6pm - 10pm.
